Because each StuffedLove creation is made just for you—using your own cherished materials—we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

Every bear is custom-crafted with care, and once we begin creating your keepsake, the process is not reversible. We take pride in the love and attention stitched into each piece and aim to ensure your experience is as smooth and memorable as possible.

If there is an issue with your order (e.g., damage in transit or a mistake on our end), please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
