How do I order a custom teddy bear?

We’ve made it easy and meaningful — and now offer two convenient options to send us your materials: Ship to Me or Drop-Off & Pickup.

  1. Place Your Order

    Place your order on our website. Choose how to get your materials to us:

    • Ship to Me:
      We’ll mail you a beautifully packaged envelope with:
      ✅ A pre-paid poly mailer for your fabrics
      ✅ A helpful guide with tips and best practices

    • Drop-Off & Pickup:
      You’ll receive instructions for bringing your materials to our UPS Store mailbox located in Aurora, ON.
      A staff member will be there to assist you.


  1. Pack & Send (or Drop Off) Your Materials

    Choose up to 8–10 pieces of meaningful fabric for kids clothing and 3-5 pieces for adult clothing (max 1.5 lbs).

    • Ship to Me:
      Place them in the pre-paid poly-mailer bag and drop it in the mail.

    • Drop-Off & Pickup:
      Bring your packed items to our designated location.


  1. We Craft Your Bear with Love

    Our artisans handcraft your bear with care and intention, turning your memories into a keepsake.


  1. Receive or Pick Up Your Bear

    Your custom bear will be ready in 3–4 weeks.

    • Ship to Me:
      Delivered to your door, beautifully wrapped.

    • Drop-Off & Pickup:
      You’ll receive a notification to come pick it up.

What materials can I send for my bear?

You can send any soft, fabric-based materials that hold sentimental value. Popular options include:

  • ✅ Baby clothes
  • ✅ Shirts, sweaters, or scarves
  • ✅ Pajamas or blankets
  • ✅ Uniforms or sports jerseys
  • ✅ Buttons, patches, or badges

Things to avoid:
❌ Custom vinyl prints (Cricut or home heat-transfer items)
❌ Chunky or loose knits
❌ Silk, spandex, or bathing suits

What types of materials are best for my custom bear?

Soft fabrics like cotton, polyester, flannel, and fleece are ideal. Avoid delicate or heavily embellished fabrics.

How do I package and send my materials?

We’ll send a prepaid envelope (Ship to Me) or provide drop-off instructions.

Can I combine different fabrics in one bear?

Absolutely! Mixing different fabrics adds character and uniqueness.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How do I send my materials to you?

Choose between:

  • Ship to Me: We mail you a pre-paid poly-mailer bag with instructions
  • Drop-Off & Pickup: You receive drop-off instructions for our UPS Store mailbox located in Aurora, ON.

How long will it take to receive my bear?

Production takes 3–4 weeks once we receive your materials. We’ll notify you when your bear is ready to ship or pick up.

Can I track my order?

Yes! For Ship to Me, you’ll receive a tracking number once shipped. For drop-off orders, we’ll email you when your bear is ready for pickup.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time — we currently ship within Canada only.

What if my package hasn’t arrived?

Contact us right away — we’ll assist in resolving any delays or issues with the courier.

💸 Payments & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Full payment is required at checkout to begin the order process.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours. After that, processing begins and cancellation may not be possible.

What if I’m not satisfied with my bear?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your bear and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the custom nature of our bears, we cannot offer full refunds.

What if my bear arrives damaged?

Send us photos and we’ll prioritize a repair or replacement.

Will I get leftover fabric back?

No — all unused fabric will be respectfully disposed of.

How do I clean my teddy bear?

Spot clean only with mild soap and a damp cloth.

Are these bears safe for kids?

They’re designed as keepsakes. While safe to handle, we recommend supervision for children under 3 due to small parts.
