What happens after I place my order?

Once you place your order on our website we send you a shipping envelope that includes:

  • A pre-paid poly-mailer bag for your clothing
  • Simple instructions to guide you

      1. You pack your meaningful clothing into the provided pre-paid mailer and drop it in the mail. No additional shipping costs are required.

      2. We receive your clothing and carefully handcraft your custom bear, bunny, or pillow cover.

      3. We ship your completed keepsake back to your door, beautifully packaged and ready to cherish.

Your order includes:

  • Shipping the envelope to you
  • Shipping your clothing back to us
  • Shipping your finished keepsake back to you

There are no extra shipping fees after checkout.


How many items do I need?

For best results:

  • Kids clothing: 8–10 pieces
  • Adult clothing: 3–5 pieces
  • Maximum combined fabric weight: 1.5 lbs.

What materials can I send?

You can send most soft, fabric-based clothing and textiles, including:

  • Baby clothes
  • Shirts, sweaters, pajamas
  • Blankets
  • Sports jerseys and uniforms
  • Buttons, patches, and fabric badges

Please avoid:

  • Vinyl heat-transfer prints
  • Chunky or loose knits
  • Silk, bathing suits, or delicate fabrics

Best fabrics include: cotton, fleece, flannel, and polyester.


How should I prepare my materials?

Please ensure clothing is:

  • Clean and dry
  • Folded neatly
  • Free of hard objects or bulky accessories

Mixing fabrics is perfectly fine and often creates beautiful, meaningful variation.


Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take?

Production time is approximately 3–4 weeks from when we receive your materials.


Can I track my order?

Yes.

  • Orders include tracking when your finished keepsake is shipped to you.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within Canada only.


What if my package hasn’t arrived?

Please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.


Payments & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, and PayPal.


Do I need to pay a deposit?

Full payment is required at checkout to begin your order.


Cancellations, Refunds & Satisfaction

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may already be in progress.


What if I’m not satisfied?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your keepsake and we will do our best to help.


Do you offer refunds?

Because each piece is handcrafted and completely custom, full refunds are not available.


What if my keepsake arrives damaged?

Please contact us with photos. We will prioritize a repair or replacement.


Will I receive leftover fabric?

No. Any remaining fabric will be respectfully disposed of.


Care & Safety

How do I clean my keepsake?

Spot clean only with mild soap and a damp cloth. Do not machine wash or dry.


Are these suitable for young children?

Our products are designed as meaningful keepsakes. While safe to handle, we recommend supervision for children under 3 due to small parts.
