How It Works: Create Your Custom Teddy Bear in 4 Easy Steps

Our process is simple, heartfelt, and now more convenient than ever. Choose the Ship to Me or Drop-Off & Pickup option when placing your order.

✨ Step 1: Place Your Order

Start by placing your order on our website. You’ll choose how to send us your materials:

📦 Ship to Me

We’ll mail you a beautifully packaged envelope containing:

  • A pre-paid poly mailer for your materials
  • A step-by-step instruction guide with helpful tips

This option is perfect if you'd like to prepare everything from the comfort of your home and send it back by mail.

🚗 Drop-Off & Pickup

Prefer to skip the shipping?
After placing your order, you can bring your materials directly to our UPS Store mailbox, located in Aurora, ON, where a friendly staff member will receive your package and assist you if needed. Pickup will be from the same location when your bear is ready.

✂️ Step 2: Prepare & Deliver Your Materials

Choose 8–10 pieces of kids clothing/fabric or 3-5 pieces of adults clothing/fabric that hold special meaning — baby clothes, blankets, or any material that tells your story. Total weight should be no more than 1.5 lbs.

  • Ship to Me: Place your items in the provided poly mailer and drop them in the mail — return shipping is already included.
  • Drop-Off & Pickup: Bring your packed items to the location shared in your confirmation email.

🧵 Step 3: We Craft Your Bear with Love

Our team of skilled artisans will handcraft your teddy bear with care, attention, and heart. Each stitch is thoughtfully made to preserve your memories in a keepsake that lasts a lifetime.

🎁 Step 4: Receive or Pick Up Your Bear

Your bear will be ready in just 3–4 weeks:

  • Ship to Me: Your custom bear will be delivered to your doorstep ready to be hugged or gifted.
  • Drop-Off & Pickup: We’ll notify you when it’s ready, and you can come by to pick it up at your convenience.
